BeInsuredPlus’ rights, obligations, and undertakings shall be governed by the laws in force in India and applicable regulatory guidelines. Nothing contained herein shall restrict BeInsuredPlus’ right to comply with legal or regulatory requests from authorities.
Nature of Services
BeInsuredPlus acts as an insurance advisory and distribution platform for Life, Health, and General Insurance products. We do not underwrite insurance policies.
Policy approval, premium determination, benefits, exclusions, and claim settlements are governed solely by the respective insurance companies and are subject to accurate and complete information provided by the User.
User Responsibilities
The User agrees to:

Any misrepresentation, non-disclosure, or incorrect information may result in rejection of policy or claim by the insurer, for which BeInsuredPlus shall not be liable.
Payments & Charges
- BeInsuredPlus does not charge any service fee from customers.
- All insurance premiums are paid directly to insurers or their authorized payment gateways.
- Refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks are governed solely by insurer policies.
Limitation of Liability
BeInsuredPlus provides services on a best-effort basis and expressly disclaims any liability arising from:
- Insurer decisions
- Claim rejection or delay
- Policy cancellation
- System downtime or third-party service failure
Under no circumstances shall BeInsuredPlus be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Third-Party Services
BeInsuredPlus shall not be responsible for errors, delays, or failures arising from third-party platforms, insurers, payment gateways, or communication service providers.
Termination of Services
BeInsuredPlus reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms is detected.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, text, and logos on this website are the exclusive property of BeInsuredPlus and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chintamani, Karnataka.
